Smoked tail lights

Got my tail lights smoked for the truck and they look SWEET! Didn't use VHT. I'll have to get pics. tomorrow.

ya i think thats prob the best way to do it. i work at a bmw dealership and on some of the ones ive seen, they hit the brakes and they shine just as bright with the smoked tails than with the stock ones. Seems like the stick on crap makes it dull and blurry.

i want that done. i have strobes in my reverse light and was worried they would get too dim. so where can i get this done at around cincinnati, ohio

I have friends that paint at a bodyshop here where I live. You can find you a good paint and body man for the work. The problem is getting the clear coat the right tint. It took them a few tries to mix it right, but now they've got it spot on.

definitely the way to go. I got the chevy dealership to do my third break light and front emblem. Way better that the paint but looks great man
