6" procomp to 10" Question...

Hey guys. Right now i have a 6" procomp lift without a leveling kit in it. I have a 35 in it right now. From the top of the tire to the bottom of the rear fender i have 12 3/4 inch. At the front i have 11". so there is a 2 3/4" difference. I do have a leveling kit to correct the problem, but i think i might have to go a whole diff route.

I want to run michelin 12.5 R20's which are just under 41" tall. What's the best way to re-do my lift kit to run these tires?

Will i need to run 10" of lift? Or could i just turn the 6 to an 8 and trim out my front fenders and use cut-outs?

Thanks guys..

BTW.. i'm running an eagle 20x12 with a big dish. no idea of the offset.
