Bummer - Help
I pulled a bonehead move today - I backed into a light pole base while I was talking to my daughter - anyone know where and how much I can expect to pay for a bumper with reverse sensors?
Thanks for the input -

Man.. that sucks.. I'm sorry to hear you hurt your truck. I really can't help you with the parts or prices, but I do have a question. How do you back into a pole with a truck that has back-up sensors???

Looking at my daughter and not paying attention - it has already been one of those weekends....

I almost did it once too, by having the radio up too loud.
: I missed the pole by about 2 inches. Sorry to hear you weren't as fortunate.

so i gues those b.u.sensors dont really help much my friend has them on a f150 and they go off when he is backing a trailer and it is really annoying. by the time you hear them you have 1/2 second till you hit it.

Mine work very well. Saved my big ole butt several times. See if you can find one at a junk yard. Maybe there is a PSD out there that has some front end damage, and a good rear. If you go to the dealer, I bet it would be several hundred.
