'99-'07 Owners, I Need Your Help!

I'm planning a 17,000-mile road trip with a friend for '09. and i'm going to get an '03 F-250 SuperDuty crew cab diesel for it. being a long trip, i want to do some work to the truck before i set off. and that includes a decent amount of exterior work.

So here's where i need your help, i want to design a custom one-off roof bar thing to mount 4 lamps at the front, with a falshing light either side, and a flashing light bar at the back. (4 lamps for good lighting on the journey, flashing lights purely because i like them) now i can't take any measurements myself, because i Live in the UK and we don't get F-Series trucks here.

If anyone could help me with some measurements, it would be greatly appreciated. i need to know the width of the roof (width between the tops of the doors) and the distance from the top of the windscreen to the back edge of the cab. (Crew Cab measurements please!)

once i've got that and drawn up some designs, i'll be talking to a company here about getting a custom-made roof rack fabbed up.

i'm also thinking of getting a steel front bumped with bull bars made, none of this brush guard stuff, proper welded mild steel. i want to have that so if i hit anything, it won't damage my truck.

If anyone's willing to help with other measurements and taking photos for me, it would also be hugely appreciated. PM me if you can.
