aftermarket wheel fitment question

Time to get new tires and am thinking about getting new wheels for my '05 F250
I'm thinking about the ATX Artillery or ATX Mojave (the black Teflon ones).
Mojave . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Artillery

Which one of these would work better with the factory size tire I have and plan on getting (265/75x17, probably Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 2)?
I don't want the tires sticking out past the fenders (cops don't like that in this area) and don't want rubbing (truck is an all stock daily driver)
Artillery are 17" x 9", -12 offset and 4.53 backside (I'm guessing that backside = backspacing)
Mojave are 17" x 8", 0 offset and 4.5 backside

Thanks
Bruce

mojaves will look better with a factory size tire and be pretty close to stock size without sticking out past the fenders

I'm wondering if the Mojave would be too thin. Tirerack doesn't list that size when I put in my truck but they do list the 18", which is a wider wheel. Do you think the Artillery would push the tires out past the fenders?
