Time for new tail lights

Okay guys, I'm bored with the tail lights I've got on my truck. They've been on since I bought it. So what do I replace them with?
Stick with what I've got, Recon LED's, Stock 99-04 lights, stock 08-11 lights. Since I can't decide, I figured I'd let you guys do it for me.

There are what's on it now. Carbon Fiber

I went LED - Just my preference I like 'em a lot.

I got these off Ebay. You can get smoked ones too. They are less expensive than Recon.

Just a thought!

I was leaning toward the 08 lights, but I'm liking those LED's, but also liking the paint the carbon fiber idea too. I might have to look into that.

I like the Recon smoked, but they still don't have the clean look of the stock lights.

So my choice would be to go with the 08-10 factory lights with some good LED bulbs in them like these:

2 RED 3157 V-LEDS 7W HIGH POWER 20 LED BRAKE LIGHT BULBS 3156 4057

I cut the back of my stock taillights out and glued in some oval truck/trailer LED lights, that way the taillights look stock until they come on, then they are very bright!

Here's a little vid: http://s250.photobucket.com/albums/g...ightsvideo.flv

I think the 08 lights with the LEDs are a good way to go.

I like that idea. Not a big fan of any of the aftermarket lights. I'm into the clean stock look with the personalized touch (like the LED's would make).
