Looking for ideas for a Clean, 2WD SRW White Crew

Hey Ford Guys,
I have a 2004 Crew, ugly work truck. Its a superduty, the work grade, small headlight beast.

Probably want to update a bit, but I am looking for some pics and ideas. I am thinking that its hard to beat the whole 2005+ front upgrade. Now, I dont know all the parts needed, and for somereason I am wondering why its been tuff to find the parts, part numbers, write up for actually using 2005+ parts, not cutting, zip tying ect. Do you have that write up or list of parts needed?

I dont know what a leveling kit is (I am assuming it levels the truck), why? and is it needed for a 2WD truck? Can someone explain these?

Wheels. I wish I had a duelly - I cant park in the garage anyways b/c its too long so, I like the look of the clean and low duelly with chrome wheels. Looking for that type of look for my stock crew.

Wondering if this will look ok, of if I should just sell it or update it.

lastly, 140k on it. How reliable can I expect this thing to be? Will no longer be used to pull much, but would like to have around when I do... pick up a ton of stone or something like that. Have kids, need the space for kids to sit, so sell the car, rent a truck or fix up an older work truck.

What kind of MPG am I getting out of this thing w/out a load?
