Roof visor

Hey guys I just bought a 2005 F-350 because my 06 was stolen and now have been paid out.My question is the truck has one of those roof visors by Lund on the truck and not really sure if I want that on or not.It looks like it has screws in it holding it to the roof.Is there anyway of getting this thing off,and what can I do with these holes.

You could fill them with silicone after you rip it off.... But you're likely to have leaks with or without it......... You can also fill the holes with a little spot weld, grind it down, repaint the area.
