05-07 Grill

So i know i've seen this grill before, and i'm thinking of swapping mine out if i can find what i'm looking for.

Right now i've got an FX4 XL and it has the textured black grill and upper bumper cover. I plan on painting the upper bumper cover to match the truck and had planned on leaving the XL grill and adding some HD headlights to complete the front end of the truck.
However, i've seen a grill that is paint matched around the edge, then it is black on the inside with the ford emblem in the middle still. Does anyone know where to find it? I may swap mine out depending on how i think it may look?

im pretty sure that is also a harley grill, the outside is painted to match the truck and the inside is either black or chrome. im looking for the same one but in white. i think it has to be painted, ive never seen a white harley edition superduty
