just realy noticed today that the mirrors on the super duty are being copied by the others. i am talking about the nice big towing mirrors not the small ones. dodge and gm both have them . and today saw a titan with the same ones. just wanted to point that out, thought it was funny, anyone else notice?

Yea...I heard GM is planning to change their logo to the blue oval now...but nothing else in it...that way it can go on to GMC and chevys....cuts down on cost that were not needed since the 2 were all in the same lol.....kidding

But tell me if I am wrong, but I see a lot of resemblance in the Nissan Titan and the F150 overall body frame. FAT FRONT, FAT Cabin and deep bed. Is it just me or did they actually share same frame?

i dont know, i will have to look at it next time i see one, wonder if they also have outboard shocks, lol. if they do then it has to be the same.

I was driving down the road today, and saw a tow mirror sticking out, I was like, sweet, I wonder what this superduty looks like. Well, the truck that was inbetween us pulled into the other lane and it was a freakin DMAX . I was like...WTF . So I very much know what you are talking about. I guess if you have a great thing, all those that dont have it are going to copy it.

I noticed that too I heard a few years back that ford owned nissan but only hearsay.. also if you notice the Ford mirrors are the best looking ones gm&dodge are ugly... They just want a piece of the pie

That is exactly what I said lol. THey tried hard to copy us. People say ford copied dodge with the look for the f250. i dont really see that, other than the crossed grille, which really....isnt a DODGE thing. But the silverado are bad replicas of the SDs lol. Even my cousin who has an 04 dmax wants to trade it in for a new one because, these are his words " it looks like the Ford BUT better".....i laughed lol! he has a thing for trying to compete with me for some reason....guess its because I have the better taste?

i was reading on another forum yesterday and it was a brand war thread. the dodge owner was making referance to how ford copied the mirrors from dodge on the super duty, bull#^@# . hes crazy.ford had them first and there the best looking.the old mirrors on dodge and gm were not very good at all, i could not see crap out of them. ford rules!
