Replacement Parts for 2008 F450 Bumper

I found a mint condition bumper off of a 2008 F450 that a guy is selling for $75. He took both bumpers off of the truck when it was brand new and replaced them with aftermarket ones. Only problem is the bumper is tan and I need a black bumper. I thought $75 was a great deal for the bumper even if I cant use it and have to resell it so I went and bought it anyway.

My question is does anybody know if I can buy replacement pads for the top of the bumper?

I am thinking of taking all the plastic pieces off. Sandblasting and powder coating the metal part of the bumper black...then trying to find a black plastic piece to put on the bumper.

Never thought of that...do you think the paint would hold up on the plastic with people stepping on it getting in and out of the back of the truck?
