Fogging headlights

If your headlights fog up, how can this problem be fixed? My friend's OEM's did it and one of my aftermarket ones has just started doing it. Just wondering if its an easy fix or do I have to separate them?

You can drill a small venting hole or enlarge an existing one. If you take them off the truck, I have seen people pour vinegar inside the casing, roll it around, let it dry and re install.

Side note: If that Hemi is for sale, then what's under the hood of that falcon?

Thanks for the reply. The Hemi was in a 24 ft skater type boat and if that was in my falcon it would be all engine with no hood or fenders The falcon is completely stock and all original only things changed on it are the fuel pump, oil and gas 19k org miles on that gem. The engine is the good old 170 straight six with a 3 on the tree
