Headlights and Hoods

I have an 05 Lariat F250 superduty, as you can see on my sig. I was wondering how I could go about making my headlights look like the Harley Davidson edition, or is it a complete unit? I was thinking of using tints. But now, I am not sure that the dark headlights would go with the shiny grill I have. Also, anyone have pics of their trucks with AM hoods? I was thinking of going with a ram air but am fearful that it wont fit it flush. Anyone recommend a brand that they liked? Manufacturers say they do, but I have seen some on the street, on a escalade, and they fit horribly. More on one side than the other.

Basically, I am thinking what mod to do next, in the looks aspect.

Performance/sound, I am thinking of doing an MBRP setup and tune by Banks

MBRP is the way to go but do not go with banks lol... you can get a way better chip for a lot cheaper than banks.. i woudl suggest an SCT for your setup... .. as for the headlights they sell the whole complete set if you wanted to go them... i think their in the $400.00+ range... i would have to double check on that....i got no clue on the hood... stump has a nice looking hood on his excursion... he has some pics in his garage

How much for the sct? for the headlights, a tint would not cut it, right? I just want a diff look. Guess I will have to wait and do a hood

O, one more thing. DO you know if the SCT tune would also help me in getting more whistle out of my turbo? Does the SCT do anything to the turbo, or just engine setup? I see Stealth specializes in that. I want the whistle man! I want to pull up to my dads KW tractor and WHISTLE lol

You could do a tint... basically smoking the lens.. its iligal over here in cali to smoke your lights.... its a pain in the butt to get off if it even can get off cause its done from the inside. i would just do the harley headligts they will look better.....

I could be wrong, but I think it is illegal to tint stock headlights. At least I know it is in VA. (They have some crazy automotive laws.)

You best bet is getting some Harley Davidson Lights. They SHOULD be bolt on for you.

On the hood. GoodHood's quality is pretty good from what I've heard. You could just get some scoops like the ones from Jegs, Summit, and JC Whitney and put 'em on your stock hood, cutting the holes ofr the air to pass though. What would be even better is something like Jobe Performance has. Putting the IC on TOP of the motor and having it come though the hood! I just wish I had the $$$ to get it. Nothing like having a 4" IC poking up though the hood!!!!

Yea I am in NorCal, but I was thinking of doing a light tint. 3M, not smoking. I thought about doing just the scoops on my stock hood but they just dont look real enough, at least not in pics
