Cost to paint entire truck?

I'm looking at a wrecked 04 CC SB f250 and I would paint the whole thing if I get it. I was wondering if anybody knew an approximate cost for a good paint job on the whole truck. I'm just trying to get some numbers together.

Well its a harley edition so the bottom half is orange but the top half is black and I want to paint it all black. The rest of the truck is good condition and I will be replacing all the wrecked parts

It varies drastically according to what your looking for. Just presentable? OEM? Showroom clean? Also as the previous post says are you wanting to change colors? Going with a 2-tone? lol all kinds of things effect the cost. My buddy just had his entire reg. cab long bed painted, inlcuding bodywork for $800. BUT, he turned on the air and was hit with sand from the painters sandblasting lol. and theres no clearcoat. Truck looks good but there are blemishes if you know where to look. I agree with 2k

I worked in a body shop and it would be near impossible to give a close estimate on what it would cost. Its a big truck, so it would cost more. Dings and dents, rust would cost more. Showroom paint requires a TON of work. OEM would probably be near 1-2k if there are any blemishes in the body.

I think 2K is really optimistic for a Quality paint job. I can't even get my Mustang painted for that.
