Carrier Bearing Spacer ?
I installed a front end levelling kit on my truck the other day. Now when loaded or towing I'm nose high.
So I'm looking to get some rake back. Might as well keep the lift. Want to add rear blocks (4 inch block for 2 inches lift) . My question is, do I need to install a carrier bearing drop spacer ? I read that I need a 1/4 to 1/2 inch of spacer for every inch of lift kit, is this true ? Thanks. |

i out 3 inch blocks under my stock blocks and am having some wicked vibrations when i leave a set of lights over 1/4 throttle and around 100 km/h. i was told 1/4 inch of spacer per inch of lift. i havent got around to it yet tho but im sure you will have to play with shims a bit
