Does anybody know if this will work? I'm looking to run this setup on my truck!

I run the 20's on a nine inch wheel. works fine, have to play with tire pressure to get them to wear right.

I'm running 36x15.5x18 on 18x9 KMC rims. Haven't had a problem at all.

No, definitely not due to the size of the tires on the rims. I will mention that the passenger front tire is scrubbing pretty bad because my front axle shifted due to my leveling kit. It didn't do it initially, but it is shifted now.
