ICON Lift, Track Bar, & Steering Stabilizer Help

Ok I have been searching and just have not found what I need. Has anybody on here done a thread or know links on how to install a 2.5" Icon lift, Icon track bar and Steering stabilizer at home? Now my lift is new and I have the Icon instructions which seem very straight foreword, but as far as the SS and the track bar, I bought them used and they did not come with any instructions . Don't know the spacing on SS and torque specs on either. I plan on putting it on myself this weekend so any help, tricks, pictures and/or instructions would be great.
