anyone swap an 08-09 rear bumper to a 06 with parking sensors?

I would like to keep the parking sensors i have on my 06 and plan on doing the 08-09 rear bumper swap. Would I need to get the sensors from the newer truck? Would in plug right up? Has anyone dont this?
