anyone swap an 08-09 rear bumper to a 06 with parking sensors?

I would like to keep the parking sensors i have on my 06 and plan on doing the 08-09 rear bumper swap. Would I need to get the sensors from the newer truck? Would in plug right up? Has anyone dont this?

SCT X3 IDP tunes.

you've probably already figured it out, but for future reference. your old sensors will work you just need the 08-2010 sensor plastic retainers.

Where did you buy the plastic retainers?
The cheapest I found is $30 a piece on eBay.
