Should these fit?

Hey fellas, I got a set of 37x12.5x17 on my truck now and I was wondering if I could fit a 38x15.5x20, I have had 37x13.5x20 on there and they do not rub but is the width of the 38 going to get me?I am running a fabtech 6" stage III kit on a 05 F350, has anyone done this? The wheels they would be on are 20x10

38's on a 6" lift is gonna rub... youll have to do some triming with that wide of a rim and tire setup.... or get cut-out fender flares....

It is just killing me with the amount of room that is left in the wheel well now with 37's on it, I bought the truck with the lift and the guy told me it was a 6" but could I measure the coil springs or some other bracket so I could be positive it isnt an 8"(should it be the same kit with just longer coils?)or what would i need to do to figure out what it is for sure
