mirror signal won't work

My left side mirror signal doesn't work. The parking lamp is also not working and the power mirror won't work either. I have power to the inside for the windows etc... Did a harness come unplugged in the mirror or something?

I suppose i shoud mention that they are the towing mirrors that have the amber lights and not the small mirrors with the red arrows.

This happened to me, and I used the trusty "hit it one good time" method. Never gave me a problem again. (Just gave the amber lens a good whack)

Sounds like one of two things to me...either you not getting power from stock plug to the blinker assembly or maybe just your blinker assembly is done... same thing just happened to mine so I replaced them both with the smoked recon lights.

My mirror was still working though..I only had to take off the back housing on the mirror. It will expose the connection for the blinker/harness only.

Id say pull off the mirror and test the connections from there since its just a cover and a few screws. Then id work my way back to the switch on the door...I don't think it would be a fuse if only one mirror is doing it...

Sounds good. How do the mirrors come off? Scott, my power mirror doesn't work either, so its gotta be something in the harness.

Ill have to look at mine today but with the door open you should see a triangle shaped plastic cover on the inside of the door. That thing pops right off and usually has the main wiring harness in there. Then there are a few screws underneath the cover that will let you remove the whole mirror if needed...you probably shouldn't have to though just to check the connection.
