What is the stock wheel width/offset?

Just wondering what the stock wheel width and offset is on my 04 F350 Lariat.

I found a picture of the stock rims in question that are the same on my 04. I want to figure out how much new rims are going to stick out past the fenders.

Any help would be great guys!

I have the same wheels you have and run them in the winter. Stock are 16x7and I would think the offset is zero but not sure on that. I run 16x10's in the summer with a backspace of 4.53" and they stick out almost 2 inches. 305x70x16's fit nice and don't rub.

The only think I've done is a 2" level kit and changed the front shackle. I can turn anyway and not even come close to hitting even with my mud grapplers on.
