what is this bumper?

i found this on ebay. i like the bumper. anyone know where i could get it? (the painted part)

If you check out stylin concepts. You can find a bunch of plastic bumper covers. They go over the steel or chrome bumpers. Cheap fix for a dented up bumper like mine.
