trading stock bumper for ranch hand ?'s

im looking for a ranch hand for my truck, a while back i emailed a dealer who had one on a truck and offered to trade + cash. he sent me back one sentence with a local ranch hand dealer. that was about 2 weeks ago. today i got an email from him saying check out the truck on his lot and if i wanted to buy the bumper. so im thinking someone is interested in the truck and doesnt want the ranch hand on the front and he remembered my email.

what would be a respectable offer to trade mine for his + cash. im not really in to big of rush so if he declines the offer i wont get bent outta shape, just wanting to add one eventually.
