Operation Ugly Muscle Update

I purchased this pick up over the summer to haul soil and stone around town. I was looking for an F350 to have the towing capacity, and the diesel seemed to fit the bill as well, although I am not sure its 'required.' Its a haliburton lease return with what was 135K on it. I just want to get it 'gently updated' from the absolute worst case to best case for that year. Front bumper, grill, the 'nicer' headlights (NOT 05+, but I have the 'tiny' headlights - nobody likes those) and the step bars. Below is the start though.
