removing lift
I'm looking at getting a new truck (05 F-250) but the one that I found that I like has a pro-comp 6" lift and it is to tall for me to tow my fifth wheel. I was wondering how hard it would be to take the lift off. I know that the rear would be easy because it is just a block. I'm just not positive what is removed and replaced with the front. Is it going to be as simple as removing the coils and replacing them with a set of stock coils and then leveling it or doing an Icaon 2.5 kit? Would it have a drop pitman arm or different track bar and would those need to be removed?
Thanks Rick |

It should have a drop pitman arm, and drop track bar bracket..maybe a adj track bar also? For a Icon or equal 2.5" lift you need stock pitman arm, a adj track bar and correctly valved shocks the correct leanth.
