No pics but I use a Wilson 5000 mag mount. I got it in the center of the roof to the rear of the roof.

Truck stops, cb shops, radio shack. Just gotta look around. But when you go co-phased, you should get 18ft of cophased RG-59. That means that the cb end has one connector and two wires coming out of it to each antenna. And when you do cophased make sure at least 2/3 of the antennas are within line of sight of each other for best performance. And if they have coils make sure the coils for sure are within ling of sight of each other.
