Fog/headlight seperation

I was curious how you guys seperate the headlights to paint the inside? i wanted to seperate my fog lights and paint them on the inside to look match my harley headlights..

My brother owns a dodge and he put his headlights in the oven too take them apart and paint them. Apparently there are quite a few guys on the dodge forum that do this. I think he had the oven around 200-250 and the lights were in for about 10 minutes. No damage to the lights.

sweet thanks.. do you know what you place the lights on? can you set them on the bars in the oven or what? the plastic wont melt?
