Stealth,

can you explain the differences in HID, hid/halogen, and hid/xenon. I would like to keep my highs and i dont know the differences in these combinations

2007 F350, single rear wheel
X2000 tonneau cover
Polk Audio 5x7 front and rear, soon to upgrade to component speakers, powered by Pioneer 600W 4 channel
4" Silverline Turbo-back exhaust with Black SS tip thanks to Kyle@XDP
I dont know why i waited so long, this sounds absolutely killer!
pics coming soon!!!!

bi halogen is a low beam HID with a small piggy back halogen high beam.. the high beam will no way be brighter than the low beam.. its just there so you dont lose your flash feature

the bi xenon kit is a motorized bulb that moves up and down to simulate a high beam

So if we want to keep the flash feature we need to purchase the bi option? Another question what color is the 6000k? Is it blue or white?

Thanks Stealth

6k is mostly white with a tinge of blue. 8k is much more blue. 12k gets to be almost purplish.

Will these kits work with the Recon projector headlights? My HD headlights get and stay fogged up in the rain or the cold.

Hey mudrunninpig do your lights keep that bluish tint at night also? Or do they come off more as a white color?
