11/7/09 is the day!!!

I'm so excited. Got the truck loaded up. Tom (MoyockPowerstroke) is coming over in the morning to carry my 38's. The lift is going on. 9.5" of pure fun. Got a neighbor that owns a shop (that is closed on the weekends) and he is gonna let us use a lift and tools. I don't know if I will be able to sleep. I have been waiting for this day for awhile now. Thanks to TruckToyz it is happening 2 weeks earlier than expected.

4" lift is coming off (will be going on Tom's truck at a later date) and the 8" Rize 4-link is going on... 1.5" spacer under the front springs. Icon 8" leaf in the rear. Bilstein 5125s in all four corners. Front stainless brake lines (shoulda got some for the rear ).

I wonder how long it is gonna take to do? I am bringing the camera. Gonna get some before, during and after shots. The before isn't going to be that great with 3 - 35" tires and a stocker (the whole reason for lifting it )
Gonna flush the brake system too.

Got all the crap for the coolant flush and filter install (thanks to Tom for the filter base bracket), but that is going to be later. Tom also has a pretty cool CCV mod that I will copy later along with the Amsoil Oil bypass.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention... I had a custom adjustable carrier bearing drop made. It will go from a 1.5" to 5" drop and it will pivot so I can get the angle of the bearing to match the angle of the drive shaft. It is pretty sweet and heavy (1/4" steel), I'll take some pics of that too. Cost me about $65 ($5 - 4" steel plate, $10 - grade 8 hardware, $50 machine shop to cut, weld, drill)
