Stacks or Not?

I currently have a 4" banks turbo back exhaust, well lately I've been looking at stacks more and more. My GF doesn't really like them, but I think they look mean, and I'd like to see my truck with some big stacks. What do you guys think? Black? Chrome? I want some opinions. Thanks!

I like the mitre cut, my question is about heavy rainfall getting into the exhaust. Also, how difficult is it to install them?

I've always been a fan of the mitered black stacks. I personally don't have the balls to do em. But I don't mind telling other people that have em to do it.
