When I had a leveling kit, I fit 33/13.50/18's on an 8.5" rim no probs. I then went to a 35/13.50/18 on the same rim and had slight rub in the fender. I went to a 10" rim with the 35's and had to lift the truck 5" at that point as I was catching the quarter panel pretty good when turned all the way. I would stay at 33" unless you plan on a real lift anytime soon.
I do have a friend running the Toyo MT's 35/12.50/18 on stock rims and I think he has slight rub at best inside the fender.
