Questions on '05 Front end

I have the opportunity to buy an '05 grille for $100 to put on my '03. I'm looking for some help from someone who has made the conversion and my question is, what needs to be done to get the '05 grille to fit onto my '03 and do i need to replace everything else with it or can i replace the grille right now and then the bumber and lights later on down the road??

well if you dont swap out the bumper you will need to cut down about an inch and a half of the bottom the grille

Besides what 00turbo444 said it will bolt up.
