Listen buddy, I sell them all the time at my shop, and i have never gotten so many returns, Every one i have sold them to just hate them. I wouldnt do it. For 280 i can get you a set of HID's that are really bad beepbeepbeep.

Had them in my Lexus, they were not impressive. A little brighter than stock, yes, but not worth it.

I just picked up a set of 6K HID's with Phillips ballasts for the Ex for $200 from a local guy, and they ROCK.

I have them on my truck as well, and I think they are great. Haven't had any problems with them at all.

I think the new vehicles have such good lights to start that it is not as much difference as with an older vehicle. I switched my wifes 01 Expedition over and the lights seem whiter but you cant really see further. I am kinda on the fence about them, dont hate them but not sure if they were worth it.

That's a good point 3d, i know on my truck they made a big difference, but mine is a 99. I think the newer trucks have a better lighting system in them, and that is probably the difference.

I put SS bulbs in my 05 E350, and it is a big difference over the stock bulbs. So I kinda expect the same w/ my 250. HIDs will give the best improvement, but their just too expensive for a kit that has both High & low beams, esp if I'm looking in the $250 range.
