I just looked at them, and I need to go a different route. I just put all new Bilstein shocks on my truck, so I don't need an entire kit-per se. The shocks will fit up to a 2" leveling kit. I've seen some kits that are just springs, and some that have track bar positioners etc. I guess I need to keep researching.
On my truck I've got a pair of Rancho 2.5in leveling spring in the front with a pro-comp track bar lowering bracket and a set of 3in blocks in the back. It works great.
I had a set of the polyurethane spacers on before and I didn't like those so I put on the springs, but either way be sure to use a track bar drop bracket. My truck had awful death wobble before I put the drop bracket on. I drive an 05 6.0 btw.
Some trucks the death wobble can happen to and some dont, it's a hit or miss thing. I've got rancho leveling springs with a pro-comp drop bracket in the front. Kind of a frakensteined it all together with whatever I happened to order. I can't remember what brand the 3in blocks in the rear are but any brand will do I didn't buy anything high end all pretty much budget build.
I don't want to raise the rear, I have a 350 so its pretty tall already unloaded. I just want to level the front. Do you remember using brake line relocation brackets when you installed your front springs? How are you doing on front tire wear? Notice any faster wear after you installed the leveling kit?
You asked for the best... The best will address everything that's needed to achieve the Best ride and will include all necessary components. Why coils rather than pucks? We can lower the spring rate and make the coils ride better while extending their travel range. Caster shims tighten the steering feel, maintain proper tracking and help recenter the wheel, brake line tabs ensure you have enough slack in your brake lines to reach the full droop of the new coil springs/shocks without tensioning the lines and the adjustable track bar will recenter the axle after the lift while tightening steering feel.
Are the above all "necessary", no, you could put in a spacer and nothing else. Your axle will be off-center, caster will be light (truck will wander and could get death-wobble), and shocks will top-out over every bump. The ride only gets worse as you do cheap leveling kits. We improve on the "leveling" kit by including everything necessary to correct geometry and improve ride quality; but that's the best, maybe not the best deal, but performance and quality are worth it to most in this expensive of a truck.
