Well do you have money to do some stuff or do you just want to do some cheap mods?
If you got the money, and you want to have some fun with the exterior, on a black truck, I'd go with Smoked mirror lenses, cab lights, 3rd brake light, and possibly some LED smoked tailights, that'll give your truck some attitude, and won't cost you an arm and a leg. Next step would be to add a 4-6" lift, or higher if you wish, then get some 35s or 38s on 18s or 20s, there are so many different tire and wheel combos, that you just have to look at a site to figure out what you want. You could add stacks to your truck, those are always cool. Throw a billet grille on there. Your possibilities are endless.

Post some pics of your truck and that will give us a starting point. If you are wanting exterior mods, suchs as lights and whatnots, I am sure there are vendors on here, such as Raul @ Stealth who are always running specials on those items. Now if it is power you want, well, that is a whole new ballgame! LOL

I can hook you up with a set of Jesse James Chrome Widows 20x9 that currently have a set of Toyo Proxes II on them for a killer price. Have splined lugs to go with them.
