04 F350 inop windows, radio, and map lights

I have been at this for a month now. After putting in new cab lights on an '04 F350, fuse #41 blew and I was without all parts named in title. After replacing the fuse I went to bed and got up the next morning to find that I didn't have anything again and fuse #41 was good to go. I took it to the dealer and they said it was the instrument cluster and they wanted $1500 to replace it and get me on the road. I eventually sent the instrument cluster to Circuit Board Medics (great customer service) and they said the instrument cluster did have fried wiring and I should be good to go. Well their repair didn't fix the problem and they are as clueless as I am. We reconfirmed it wasn't the instrument cluster after they tested it on one of their 2004 F350's with working everything. They even sent me a loaner instrument cluster without success.
So, before I have to spend another butt load of money at the dealer, has anyone traced this problem past the instrument cluster?
