Under dash red wire bundle

While searching for the customer access wiring under the dash,I found a bundle of wires wrapped in red tape and can't figure where the heck they plug into.I dont think I pluued them out of the mating connector, because the latches werent broke, but who knows. The connector is PART #
XL14-14489-AB .

Forgot to mention its in the radio/climate controls area.

I know this is a year old, but I found the same thing under my dash and have no idea. I got a pic of it. It looks like it's a part of the main dash harness.

It can't be up fitters as the truck is an 03. And from what I've seen in other posts, the TBC is a stacked square plug with 2 rows. This is a rounded double row

In response to the wire nut comment, those were there when I bought the truck and I just found them when I pulled the dash to get a pic of that harness. They are for the aftermarket radio. I'll be soldering those connections when I have time.

Could it be for like adjustable pedals? I did notice there was a blue/red illumination wire on the connector so it has to be for something on the dash that lights up.

Yeah it's ESOF. What about sliding rear glass? Was that an option in 03?

in 03 you had ESOF, pedals, back up alarm, the air temp sensor, cigarette lighter... and I think excursions had rear defrost.
