Gps

Anybody got a idea on what would be a good GPS, AM FM Reciever, CD player, with back up camera ability? I would like one that does not have the flip up screen but one that has a permanent screen. I do not know if that makes scence. I also would like for it to be able to play DVD's and have it wired to two monitors in the head rest so my kids could watch movies on trips.

You want fries with that?

Just kidding, I'm with you, I'd love to have something like that. Not sure I could afford it but it would be nice to have.

I have been doing quite a bit of research. My top choice is a Valor NVG-670WT or the 770. This unit does it all, and is a double din, so you don't have to worry about the motor going out in a flip up application. One can be had for around 1200 bucks on e-bay, just do a search for Val0r (they use a zero instead of an 'O').

Here is a link to their site:

OK I just went down to my local car audio guy. Looked at the Eclipse 660. Very nice and does everything I want it to. Navigate, dual DVD players, cd player, interface with flip down DVD screen for kids in the back, AM,FM, SIRIUS, Blue Tooth, Rear View Camera on when in reverse, and all that stuff. I am getting it right after hunting season is over. He he he he

They want $1,600.00 for that unit.
I priced that unit plus back up camera, sirius chip, big fold down screen, 2 wireless head phones. All installed for $3,000.00
