Angry Engine Data Sensor Error

Yesterday leaving work truck started fine, i stopped to let a car pass on the street. The engine shut off and would not crank when i turned the key over. I dont have a monitor system, so i checked the ondash display info, where it said ENGINE DATA SENSOR ERROR also had a TRANS TEMP DATA SENSOR ERROR. The SES light and ABS came on. This morning i got a OBD2 scanner from a friend of mine, that ive used on my truck before, and the scanner read ERROR BAD CONNECTION. I checked fuses, ran down the wireing harness as much as i could, batteries are good(new 1000 crank amps). Any ideas?

Bone stock no tunes- replaced the HPOPx2, SCT fitting, primary fuel pump, secondary fuel pump, fuel sending unit, power steering pump, new ALT.
