Upfitter Switches
OK, any one know if you can get a set of upfitter switches for a 2004? If so, where. Thanks for the help in advance.

I'd say go to the dealer. They are between $90-$110, I believe. And you should be able to hook it up, I think it just needs power to it, and then the switches will work. The only thing is, you'll probably have to either modify your dash to make a cuppy hole for it, or just mount it under it. But it should work, at least that's what I was told by my srvc dept, when I was first searching for my truck, I found several in the config that I wanted that didn't come w/ the switches, and they said it was simple to put them in. -BG06. |

I read a post on another forum that guy did it on his 04 250. He said that there was a plug on his fuse panel that allowed him to do it and he said that he drilled four small holes for the upfitte switch tabs. He also put a piece of Lexan in the rest of the hole. He had pictures it looked pretty good

I finally had some time to get those measurements. The switchesare 4"L x 2"H. I don't know the depth though. I'd say if you were going to make a whole do it a little bigger than those figures.
