EDGE turbo timer question-

Was wondering what would happen if I turned the key back to run while the truck was running the turbo timer to cool down.
Today at the store I shut the truck off and was walking away when I thought about my old dog in the back seat. The truck was in the middle of the cool down on the timer. I needed to turn the key back to the run to roll down the back window but wasn't sure if this would cause any issues.

Because how simple the wiring is to install this, I think it creates a parallel circuit to the ignition switch, tricking the truck into thinking the key is turned on. I don't think it would hurt anything.
