Hertz Coaxial Speakers and Subs

Recently purchased a 2010 Super Crew and looking to upgrade sound system. Not trying to compete in any sound competitions but definitely want a noticeable upgrade. Not too familiar with audio upgrades so I went to a few local audio shops. I was presented the following set-up:

Replace all factory speakers with Hertz HCX 165.4 Energy coax speakers, Hertz HDP amp and Hertz Energy ES 200.4 subwoofers (2-8").

What are your thoughts? Again, I'm not too familiar with audio upgrades in general nor the Hertz line, specifically. I can't seem to find too much literature about Hertz online either, unless I'm looking in the wrong spots...

Any comments on this set-up would be greatly appreciated, guys.

Hertz makes some good stuff, but I don't know about specific model numbers. See where those fall in their lineup. Even top notch companies make cheap stuff for the bone heads. Don't go there. For the most part, you get what you pay for.

Also consider JL, Alpine, and Focal. They have lasted this long in the industry for a reason. Still, stick with their higher-end offerings. No one does more R&D than JL. Period.
