Aux Button/Poss Sub Instal

I have an 05 350 quad. It has that damn AUX button, and NOTHING goes to it, LOL. I googled it, and found the adapter is about $85, and I have to take the radio apart :-/

Anyone know a way to get around this?!

Secondly, I'm wanting to put a small box(either 2 8's, or 1, 10) behind the rear seats. But aside from it "not fitting", I'm also being told I'd have to replace the entire head unit for this. Is that right?! I'm one of the weird ones, I LOVE the factory stereo and 6 disc changer in this truck. It doesn't have a tape deck, or I'd alleviate the problem above, so that I could at least use my Slacker/Pandora accounts.

But, ATM it's kicking my *** that my fiance has an 84 Chevy, and has a better set up than I do!(subs, bluetooth etc LOL!)
