cb radio help

got a 2005 6.0 powerstroke have tried everthing I know to get the radio not to kill the motor when I key up / hard wired to battery, the only think I can find is if I disconnect the icp sencer it wont do it. the truck seems slow at take off then after a few rpm its off like a rocket/ and if the turbo dump hits very much it blows coolant out of the resevore, any help please

Doubt coolant puke is CB related. Try wiring power for CB to pass battery.
