Insight CTS not working after update

Hey Guys, I updated my Insight CTS and when i went to plug it in all i get is a blank/black screen that shows nothing and a beeping noise. Have any of you guys encoutered this? thx Darren

Have your tried hooking it up to a computer after you have downloaded and installed the Fusion update software? That's where I'd start... Might be a simple as needed to be updated. If that don't work, call Edge and see what they say.

Does not work. Blank screen and beeping noise. Puts itbin recovery mode but does nothing.

bring it inside and have it ready to plug in to your computer then call edge

they may be able to either walk you through a fix or take control of your computer and do it for you

worst case is it goes on a truck for a round trip ride
