what all did it come with?

you need a wire harness, and the ballasts... it requires 1 ballast for each HID bulb... without the ballast they wont work

some kits you have to hardwire in and some are plug and play... all depends on the quality of the kit...

its its plug and play it should be very easy... if its not your gonna have to cut and make stuff...

did it come with anykind of wire harness?

Not a good idea to install Hids in any housing not designed for them as the light stray will cause oncoming drivers problems. Their are bulbs that can give you 70% as bright of light as a hid without the problems and cost way less.
