Another TBC Fault question

Another TBC issue here. I think I have the problem isolated, as I put the voltmeter on the 7 wires at the trailer connection. Only 2 of them are giving me a reading (3 I guess if you count the ground wire.

Back story: truck was stolen, wrecked, recovered, and picked up from the shop 2 weeks ago. This is when I noticed the tbc fault code. They gave me a new bed and I'm not too trusting of their wiring as they left one plug disconnected entirely (preventing my reverse sensors to work).

My question is this: is there just one 7 pin plug for these wires at the rear of the truck, and then another connection at the master cylinder? Or is there another plug along the frame somewhere? I have a hard time believing 5 wires are shorting out..

If anyone has a diagram or can point me in the right direction, I'd certainly appreciate it. Seems like there's always something with this truck.
