My horn wont sound when pressed. I check the fuse inside the truck and it was good and no other fuse for the horn is labeled in the manual. is there any idea where i could look to fix this problem?

Common for F-250/350 etc horn to fail under the hood. Listen for the click of the relay inside, check for voltage in wiring harness outside. Horn is a pain to replace, under passenger side battery surrounded sheet metal, accessible by taking off fender and/or inner fender plastic. Great idea, right? Thanks, Ford...

If cruise control doesn't work either it is probably the clock spring in the steering wheel.

That will often make your airbag light come on or flash too.
