Steering wheel stereo control

Hey all I tried searching for this but couldnt find it.

Is there a way to make the button labelled Next change the pre sets on the radio instead of the tuner only?

TIA

On factory radios i dont think you can, but if you install a aftermarket system, you can buy the steering wheel intaerface and program each button to do what you want.
