trailer brake wireing??

I need help wiring up a trailer that has brakes?? The trailer was given to me with no lights or wiring.. My question is... How should the brakes be wired and what color wire does what at the connector??? My truck is an 05 f250 with the stock brake controller from the factory..

This should help with the breakaway and aux battery wiring.

I'll bite, if you truck came with factory trailer brakes why do you need the wiring scare'matic? I just plug the trailer in and head to the races.

Trailer has no lights or wiring...not the truck...

thomasville is right the trailer does not have wiring or lights.. but i did find out while working on all of this the trucks plug was fried and i now have to replace the wiring and plug at the bumper
